TUITION
The tuition for the clinic is $240 (includes Elite Hockey jersey). Groups of five or more receive free Elite Hockey t-shirts. Enrollment is limited and on a first come first served basis. Please sign up on-line using a credit card or print an application and mail in with a $240 tuition check. After May 1, 2007, your tuition is nonrefundable.
